The cupbop in Layton is great. It always tastes good and I've never had to wait in a super long line. I've been a few times for lunch and I don't feel like this place gets a "lunch rush". When I go it's usually around 11:30-12. I feel like the restaurant is a little awkward. It's so big and empty feeling for a little cupbop. Good food at a great price. For under $11, I got a kids cupbop, 3 mandoo (deep-fried dumplings), and a drink - a filling meal for a small adult! I highly recommend getting the sauce on the side. It is incredibly strong and very sweet, with more heat than I was expecting. So I used to get cupbop a lot several years ago. After moving out of state and then back, it took a while to get back to a cupbop.
