Should be a round knob right below your seat with a + and - dial on it. It controls how fast your 3ph (which your mid mount is linked to) drops with the lever. I like to tighten mine up to prevent my quick hitch from drooping down when it's just sitting in the garage. That's the rate of drop knob, which also may be causing this issue.. Subscribe to barron

There is a small detaunt that the blade sets in so it is centered to the shaft and the bolt. Tightening the bolt with a wrench will not get it tight enough.
